These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and kj666 ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of the kj666 website located at kj666.club and all related services, games, features, and content provided thereon.

By registering an account, logging in to kj666, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the kj666 platform.

Access to and use of kj666 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to confirm your eligibility before registering an account or using any service on the platform.

• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of kj666 or any of its affiliated entities or technology providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or otherwise voluntarily excluded from gambling services at the time of registration or at any time during use of the platform.

kj666 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension, forfeiture of pending withdrawals, or termination of account access without prior notice.

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on kj666. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where kj666 identifies that a player has registered more than one account, all accounts associated with that player may be suspended and any outstanding balances or bonuses may be forfeited.

• You must provide your legal full name, a valid date of birth, an active mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, and a valid email address at registration. All information must be accurate and must be kept current throughout your use of the platform.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kj666 support immediately.
• kj666 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal request, or when unusual account activity is detected.

kj666 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all account data and login sessions. Two-factor verification is available to all players and is strongly recommended for additional account security.

kj666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods listed on the platform. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on kj666 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no transaction fee on deposits made via bKash or Nagad. Deposits are credited to the player's account instantly upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen minutes of approval for bKash and Nagad, and within one to three business days for bank transfers.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a KYC verification check. kj666 may request supporting documentation before releasing funds. Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled in circumstances where the account has been flagged for fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Funds deposited into a kj666 account may not earn interest. kj666 is not a bank or financial institution. Player funds are held separately from operational funds and are not used for business purposes.
• kj666 reserves the right to reverse a deposit or withdrawal transaction in the event of a technical error, payment provider dispute, or where the transaction is suspected to be fraudulent. Players will be notified of any such reversal and given an opportunity to provide clarification.

Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or mobile payment provider in connection with transactions made to or from kj666. kj666 does not levy its own transaction fees on standard bKash and Nagad operations.

kj666 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers, are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The default wagering requirement for any bonus is 30x the bonus amount, unless the specific offer terms specify a different rollover requirement.
• Bonuses may only be used by the player to whom they were issued. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• kj666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses that have been credited to an account prior to cancellation will be honoured subject to existing wagering requirements at the time of cancellation.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, the use of hedging strategies specifically to reduce wagering risk on bonus funds, or the abuse of a promotional mechanic in a manner inconsistent with genuine play, is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are not available to players who have registered with a self-exclusion programme or who are subject to account restrictions at the time the promotion is offered.

All bets placed on kj666 are subject to the rules of the specific game or sporting event on which the bet is placed. Game and event rules are published within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section of the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body or game provider.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, kj666 will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• kj666 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet where there is evidence of match manipulation, irregular betting patterns, or where the integrity of an event is in question. Players involved in any form of match fixing or event manipulation will have their accounts permanently terminated.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at kj666's discretion, including during active play. kj666 accepts no liability for any losses arising from the suspension of a live market during a session.

All slot and table game results on kj666 are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness. The RTP for each game is published within the game information panel. kj666 does not interfere with game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kj666. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the platform, without any obligation on kj666 to provide advance notice or compensation.

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform, whether in the same name or using different personal information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party technology to place bets, manipulate outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the platform to process proceeds of crime, or otherwise using kj666 for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during the use of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sharing strategic information in real time during live casino sessions, or engaging in any other form of cheating that undermines the integrity of the platform.

kj666 actively monitors the platform for prohibited conduct using automated detection systems and manual review processes. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their case referred for review, and kj666's determination shall be final.

kj666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to the following.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or identity verification obligations.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by kj666 following a verification request, or provision of identity documents that cannot be authenticated.
• Account inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or more. In such cases, kj666 may convert the account to inactive status and apply an administration fee as disclosed in the platform's account policy section.

Upon closure of an account by kj666 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where account closure is initiated by the player for non-breach reasons, any remaining balance net of pending bonus obligations will be returned to the player via the last verified payment method used.

All content on the kj666 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of kj666 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any content on the platform is strictly prohibited.

The kj666 brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of kj666. You are not permitted to use the kj666 name, logo, or any associated branding materials in any form without prior written consent from kj666.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kj666 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial losses arising from the unavailability of the platform, delays in the processing of withdrawals, or errors in game settlement.

kj666 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. kj666 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

kj666 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of kj666. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through kj666's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

A formal complaint may be submitted by contacting support. kj666 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within two business days and will endeavour to provide a full response within fourteen business days.
